Employee Relations Consultant – Fixed Term Contract

This is an exciting opportunity to provide employees of Zurich with accurate, timely and practical advice, information and guidance on a range of HR issues including employment legislation and policy related matters. You will work in partnership with, and provide expert consultancy advice to managers in the resolution of sensitive and complex employee relation issues and support where appropriate for any ad hoc business initiatives e.g. TUPE, restructuring etc. You will also identify trends and contribute to, and help evaluate, policy development across the UK. This is predominantly a telephone based role with some UK travel as and when the role requires.

You will have recent demonstrable experience working in a fast moving Employee Relations role providing expert advice. Your experience will include Change Management, Outsourcing, handling Redundancy and TUPE situations as well as Compromise Agreements. You will have excellent decision making and judgement skills. You will also be tenacious with a strong team ethic.

You will have experience of working within the Private Sector, preferably in a Financial Services organisation and ideally be CIPD qualified.

We are offering an attractive base salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience plus company car, pension, healthcare and a range of excellent flexible benefits.
