Employee Services Advisor

This is a fantastic job opportunity, for someone with a history of telephone based customer services, on offer from my client based in Hook, just outside Basingstoke.

The role itself is for a Employee Services Customer Contact Advisor. This role is to deliver high quality and consistent advice, support and resolution to all employees and affiliated partners through the application of company policies and procedures with the purpose of making the business a great place to work. The end purpose is to provide support and advise in a way that improves the employees effectiveness on a day to day basis. Key aspects of the role will be troubleshooting and query handling followed by escalation of issues through the appropriate channels; promoting company ethos by living and breathing the company's values then maintaining team and user relationships through effective follow up.

The ideal candidate will have a history working within a customer service centre or other customer service centric environment. The ideal candidate will also have drive to attain success out of every interaction. Taking responsibility, and having a passion, for issue resolution is the most important aspect of character as this is the main aim of the position.
