The Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (CoE) is responsible for

understanding strategic business needs in the areas of talent mobility and

recruitment and then developing the strategies and tools which fulfill those

needs. The CoE works closely with the specialist Service Delivery

recruitment functions to implement the strategy and is accountable for

ensuring high-quality business outcomes are delivered. The CoE includes

responsibility for:

• business-aligned strategic talent forecasting;

• the overall approach to sourcing UBS's future talent needs;

• strategic and standard talent acquisition strategies and processes;

• innovative engagement of internal and external candidates to deliver a

best-in-class experience;

• management and leverage of UBS's executive search partners.

As a direct report to the Global Recruitment Marketing and Employer

Brand Lead, the Specialist will be responsible for the design and delivery of

a range of specialist talent attraction initiatives for key segments within

the firm , to ensure execution of the experience strategy across talent

acquisition and internal mobility.

Working with external suppliers and experts, and closely aligning with the

business’s needs, the specialist will be collaborating to provide a ‘toolbox’

of recruitment marketing collateral to support ongoing and future

recruiting activity.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Project-managing the detailed design and delivery of tools envisaged in

the experience strategy, especially for professional recruitment.

• Updating detailed guidelines and training materials to support adoption

and usage of experience deliverables

• Ensuring appropriate global consistency between the detailed tool design

across all channels

• Managing detailed sign-off with Corporate Communications and

Branding, Legal and other internal signatories

• Managing delivery to budget and timeline

• Designing detailed changes to processes to ensure candidate experience

is aligned to strategy

• Surveying the market for ongoing developments in the candidate

experience space.

• Working closely with the business to understand client requirements.

• Liaising closely with the recruiting functions’ globally to ensure user

acceptance and understanding of new products and initiatives.

• Developing metrics and KPIs to understand the progress and ROI of

enabling such products into the talent acquisition space.

• Establishing collaboration structures for driving consistency and adoption

across the firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.• Experience within Talent Acquisition, ideally with a proven track record

of innovation in Recruitment Marketing, Branding or a related field.

• Experience in building strong professional relationships in complex global

environments

• Exceptional communicator capable of managing senior stakeholders

• Strong experience influencing and negotiating at senior levels

• Experience of managing multiple external suppliers with evidence of

managing return on investment.

• Experience in developing strategic initiatives, driving change and project

management

• Excellent demonstrable analytical ability in the talent space

• A demonstrable passion and interest in the area of branding and

recruitment marketing.

• Delivery focussed.

• Fluent English required. Capability in German would be beneficial
