Employer Engagement Manager
Our Client is a London based training provider, working in the fields of education, training and apprenticeships.
They are looking for an Employment Engagement Manager whose role will be to both source new employers as well as maintain relationships with existing employers.
Our Client is looking for a candidate with strong outgoing interpersonal skills, with an understanding of the jobs market in London and an ability to identify employers with apprenticeship vacancies. The candidate must have experience in this field and ideally a background in recruitment.
A candidate with existing employer contacts in the fields of IT, Business Admin and Retail would be preferred.
The candidate must be an independent thinker, motivated and able to make new contacts as well as draw on existing networks.
The candidate will be based in our state of the art Dalston offices but expected to travel around London regularly. The candidate will be expected to liaise between employers and the apprentices on programme, ensuring a good match of expectations on both sides.
The start date is immediate
A laptop and mobile will be provided.
