Engagement Manager – Banking / Insurance Strategy – SINGAPORE, DUBAI & JOHBERG recruitment

The position:

• You will manage multiple strategy projects for FSI clients, taking responsibility for scheduling, resourcing and structuring projects and guiding your team through to completion

• You will be responsible for developing client pitches and presentations and be responsible for co-leading practices

• You will represent the company in a range of media communication

• Take responsibility for developing team members

• Assist in business development and ultimately play a key role in achieving the Practice pL target

The Person:

• You will have an outstanding Educational background for a recognised top tier University

• You will have a minimum 8 years of working experience (especially on Financial Services area) in a well known or a boutique but highly competitive consulting company.

• (Retail banking, CRM, Marketing experience)

• Experience and skills on working within a complex environment with demonstrated capabilities in organizing, translating, and presenting complex qualitative and quantitative information.

• Strong analytical and technical skills and the demonstrated ability to creatively solve complex problems

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. .

• The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel in US, Middle East, and Europe when necessary.
