Responsibities:
Responsible for assignments in work measurement for the establishment of standards. Plans and oversees utilization of production facilities. Plans equipment layout, workflow and accident prevention measures to maximize efficiency and maintain safe utilization of plant facilities. Plans and oversees work-study and training programs to promote efficient personnel utilization. Works closely with other engineering disciplines.
Requirement:

- Line balancing Suggesstion evaluation.
- Drive for improvements for low lying efficiency lines
- Layout review, optimisation
- Time study,line balancing fixing production norms
- Planning for Suggestions Review
- Material handling / process validation
- Capacity utilization analysis
- Initiates for 5S+1 schedules and declaration of Findings
- Drive for improvements for low lying efficiency lines
Educational requirements: BE- Industrial Engineering
Experienc: 3 - 5 Years.
