Dynamic growth company is looking for a leader and mentor to be responsible for the engineering of customer products from initial concept through completion. This challenge will include mechanical design, product development, successful production, and product support. The Manager will lead a team of Engineers and Designers in providing CAD models and detail drawings while taking into account process utilization, cost and capability constraints, and future product strategies. 5+ years experience leading a technical team in a high volume, quick turnaround, customer centric facility. Must possess strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills. BS Technical Degree highly desirable.
