Engneering Manager
Provide leadership and direction to the staff of engineers Ensure adherence to engineering processes to provide high quality designs that meet customer’s schedule and expectation.
Maintain close contact with staff in engineering group on status of their work. Communicate and enforce the engineer’s responsibility for tracking their progress and adherence to budgeted hours through task planning. Develop action plans and coordinate resources to address and resolve problems as needed.
Ensure that the engineering group is focused on meeting the financial, schedule and technical requirements of the projects they are responsible for.
Develop the engineering group to achieve full potential and maximum contributions to the team. Create and implement plans to improve employee skills, motivation and engagement.
Optimize communication and relationships with our customers and other functions to ensure that our organization is the first choice provider of propulsion units.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
3 of experience in a leadership role
5 years of experience with power electronics and/or embedded software developments.
