Enterprise Entitlements Management

The Core Technical Services (CTS) Group are responsible for maintaining product and technical expertise in all of the Enterprise products and services and forms the nucleus of the Enterprise technology development and innovation. Working within CTS the Enterprise Entitlements Management role serves as the primary point of contact between clients and Bloomberg's Enterprise business, exchanges, and contributions teams.

The Enterprise Entitlements Management role works directly with the market data teams at clients to train them in using our Entitlements Management and Reporting System (EMRS), facilitate the enablement of entitlement IDs (EIDs) to grant access to data sets, and to work with clients in their reporting needs. Tracking of status of outstanding enablements and working with our exchanges and contributions team to expedite approvals is the primary objective.

Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the concepts of exchange and contributor entitlements
- Ability to communicate with clients and provide training
- Ability to organize and carefully track entitlements, status, and next steps
- Ability to communicate with various internal teams such as exchanges and contributions
- Ability to communicate with exchanges and contributions directly when necessary to explain Bloomberg data feeds
- Ability to manage expectations and control conversations with potentially difficult customers
- Ability to anticipate issues and address them before escalations
