Requirements
• Proven ability in analysis, planning, risk and issue management with global transformation programs
• Strong delivery exposure and change management skills to influence the plans
• Planning and re planning experience and managing inter program dependencies
• Politically astute, operating with dexterity within the IT and program/portfolio governance
• Manage multiple programs, business areas and portfolios using your strong influential leadership skills. Utilizing your excellent understanding of business transformation methodology
• Strong ability to maintain focus on the portfolios various areas ensuring you keep clarity of the objective and deliver successfully to budget
Responsibilities
• Control and understand inbound and outbound dependencies, minmising risk controlling the process
• Propose options to minimize x-program interdependencies, also ensuring a holistic view of these
• Support creation of key information for stakeholder groups acting as an information broker
• Moderate conflicts between programs by leveraging proven working techniques
• Work with Program Managers to ensure EPM deliverables exist on every program
• Conceptualise complex problems offering a low risk solution
• Distill key information presenting in a simple high visual format
• Moderate inter-program conflicts and drive resolution
• Work with Top Programs to ensure critical Enterprise Management deliverables are being maintained
• Lead by example, leveraging through relationships and influence
• Travel between UK, Europe and US
