As a Program Manager, based out of Philadelphia, PA, and traveling up to 80% of your time, your charge will be to oversee the management of large, enterprise software implementation projects spanning multiple functions, organizations, geographic regions and cultures. You will act as the primary point of contact for your client partners, and will ensure the on-time, on-budget delivery of large, multi-phase implementations. To do this effectively, you will draw upon your previous experience managing enterprise implementations for software relating to the supply chain - Oracle, SAP, JDA, etc. – ideally as an employee of one of these software providers, but we’re also interested in hearing from candidates who come from a consulting services background (Accenture, PwC, Deloitte, etc.). The ability to define and initiate projects, as well as work with local project managers to manage cost, schedule and performance for individual projects within your program will enable you to hit the ground running. Your strong communication skills will serve you well, as you will be expected to build credibility and rapport with both internal and external project stakeholders. Our ideal candidate will have a comfort level with the dynamic schedule that accompanies coordinating with partners across the globe in multiple time zones.
