Enterprise Sales Director (Financial Software) – Asia Pacific
Location: Hong Kong
Our client is looking for a proven, experienced Enterprise Solution Sales Director (Financial Software), Asia Pacific to manage existing global clients as well as acquire new clients. Working closely with the existing presales and technical team in Asia, you lead the full client engagement process (from business development, lead management, marketing activities (presentations, webinars, e-mail campaigns and live conferences). The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in ERP or other large Enterprise software solutions.
Past training in enterprise solution selling methodology such are SPIN, SOLUTION SELLING, MILLER-HEIMAN or others are an advantage.
Key requirements:
- University degree with strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Asset Management, etc. MBA, CPA, CA, CFA are an advantage.
- Success in selling in a regional sales territory, either North Asia or bigger is a must.
- Excellent customer expectation management, client engagement, strong influencing / presentation skillset, self-driven, strong solution think, flexible and innovative with a passion to make an impact on the client's business revenue.
- High degree of teamwork mindset and a desire to "get things done".
- Fluent spoken English and 1 other Asian language (Cantonese / Mandarin are highly desired).
- The ideal candidate will come from an IT solution vendor or from a regional Systems Integration firm with past track record of closing regional enterprise deals and strong drive to succeed in complex sales environment.
