Entrepreneurial Private Bankers, based in Singapore/Hong Kong recruitment

This private bank is boutique, looking for entrepreneurial private bankers with a broad market coverage and offering a highly autonomous environment. This is a serious bank that has been profitable since its beachhead in Asia, boasts a strong balance sheet and offers attractive and transparent formulaic payout structures in cash, ideal for bankers with strong client relationships.

This individual must have a minimum of 8 to 10 years relationship management experience. Candidates should be able to build a minimum book of USD 150m to 180m over 3 years, with revenues in excess of USD 1m. AUM portability is a must.

Candidates must already be based in Singapore or Hong Kong.
