Internship / Loan Officer Assistant Positions

 

Our company, a Calabasas Mortgage Bank, seeks summer students for Internships and recent graduates for Loan Officer Assistant positions. We provide a mentorship program for individuals interested in pursuing a career in commercial real estate finance. Become part of a team and learn from professional with over 25 years experience in financing for multiple property types including apartments, office, retail, industrial and residential. We offer a supportive and exciting environment, with training provided by the current President of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of CCIM. 

The job duties of the Intern and Loan Officer Assistant will include but are not limited to assisting all Loan Officers when needed with various projects like market research, loan sizing, proofreading, graphic editing, and marketing.  Interns and Loan Officer Assistants will learn about the real estate finance process, day-to-day business functions and decision making of the organization as well as interfacing with clients and members of the Commercial Lending Division.

Education Requirement:  Bachelor's degree (Internship – In Process; Loan Officer Assistant – Completed), preferably in Business Administration with an emphasis on Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Graduate degree and/or CA Department of Real Estate License highly desirable.
