Environment Support Analyst
My client is a leading Investment Manager looking for an Environments Support Analyst to join their Application Support Team. The candidate must have three to four years of experience and will be working a role that involves supporting diverse test environments.
Essential Attributes
•Technically inquisitive mind and ability to understand systems and resolve issues
•Good problem solving / investigation skills
•Willingness to learn and understand the application dependencies
•Good communication skills and willing to learn and expand skill set, especially in automated environment provisions
The candidate must also have a basic understanding and experience of Java.
You will work with the infrastructure teams carrying out environment provisions as well as working on environment maintenance and resolving incidents. Environment maintenance and service request management will also be key responsibilities of the successful candidate.
