£41,500 to £60,000 (dependent on experience) plus bonuses and benefits
My client is a well-established financial services organisation who is looking for an experienced Underwriting Fraud Prevention Operations Manager to join their team in Milton Keynes.
Your role will be to lead a team of Credit Operations Analysts to ensure the appropriate interpretation and application of credit risk and lending policies. Supporting all underwriting and credit risk initiatives for the credit card proposition, ensuring that our procedures are compliant, embedded and continuously improved. Ensuring all fraud prevention activities are undertaken effectively and ensuring any risks are dealt with. Identifying and coordinating policy and procedure improvements, recommending and promoting changes to stakeholders, and taking steps to embed changes within Credit Card operations.
Essential Experience
Must be an experienced Operations Manager who has managed Underwriting and Fraud Prevention teams
Must have a working knowledge of managing teams who are responsible for Underwriting and Credit Risk assessments
Excellent risk assessment knowledge
Experience of operating an unsecured lending mandate
Proven leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing colleagues.
