Currently, Waste Management is seeking an Environmental Solutions Program Manager based in Atlanta, GA. Read below for more details. I. Job Summary Responsible for maintaining client relationships and project implementation activities required to meet plan projections for timing and financial performance over the project period. Acts as the primary contact point for vendor management on customer projects that are subcontracted by WM. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Works with client management on daily basis to ensure that the implementation of the plan is achieved on time and within the expected cost parameters. Monitors compliance with policies, procedures and regulations. Works with sales management to prioritize and design implementation schedule and operational procedures. Collaborates with Segment Conductors to provide creative solutions to customer problems, share best practices, identify up sell opportunities and promote new products and services within our existing and prospective customer base. Prioritize and manage project tasks with internal and external partners. Determine and acquire resources necessary to complete implementation plans within defined parameters. May assemble support teams and assign individual responsibilities. Acts as the primary escalation contact for client service and vendor concerns. Provide effective resolution to high level service problems. Design and maintain standard reports that document client project status and budget. Prepare and analyze financial performance reports. Oversees all aspects of ESP Projects, including cost containment, scheduling, billing, and change order management. III. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory duties, but may occasionally act as a team lead. IV. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of one year prior experience maintaining client relationships and responsibility for client project implementation activities. Four years of related experience may substitute for the Bachelor's Degree. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, or similar area of study, with minimum of 3 years of related progressive experience working in the industrial, hazardous, or related waste industry. B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required Knowledge of special and hazardous waste requirements and DOT regulations are required. Excellent oral and written skills required. Must be self-motivated and possess excellent organization skills V.
