Equities COO / Senior Business Manager recruitment
Responsibilities include the following:
- Implementing solutions to business issues throughout Asiapac
- Adapt to different requirements across multiple projects, including PM, BA and SME
- Liaise with global counterparts in aligning strategic projects across the group
- Partner with trading, sales, operations, IT and finance in identifying and achieving business changes
- Work closely with business management to identify risks and put in place preventative measures
- Ensurance that the business has sufficient measures and processes in place to comply with all regulatory commitments
Requirements include the following:
- 7+ years of experience within investment banking and a specifically a front office environment
- Prior experience within change and project management, ideally as a COO / Senior Business Manager
- Indepth knowledge of equity derivatives, structured products and ideally prime services
- Experience in dealing across multiple geographies and internal departments within an investment bank
