About our client
Our client is a young and dynamic business with access to capital and appetite to invest. It invests in north European assets, particularly across the UK, Nordics and Germany. Its portfolio includes real estate, hospitality, retail, telecom and consumer businesses
Responsibilities
- As an analyst you’ll be responsible for supporting the senior investment professionals in all aspects of the deal process, in particular analysing and screening potential investment opportunities, valuation modelling, financial analysis and due diligence. You’ll also play a key role in the execution of the investment and assist with the on going management of the portfolio
- You will be a main point of contact for all queries
Skills we’re looking for
- Background in corporate finance/MA from an investment bank, boutique or the ‘Big Four’
- Strong financial, analytical, documentation and communication skills are essential
- Strong commercial analysis and due diligence skills. An entrepreneurial mindset is essential
- As well as written and spoken fluency in English, an additional European language, in particular German or a Nordic language is highly desirable
