Equity Analyst _ Buy Side
This is an outstanding opporunity to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial investment team and add value to their equity business.
Equity Analysts:
- Origination of high conviction and timely long and short investment ideas based on in-depth fundamental analysis
- Working closely with other Investment Analysts to develop investment themes and ideas
- Presenting high conviction and timely long and short investment recommendations to the Portfolio Manager
- On-going close monitoring of positions invested in the Portfolio
Should have the following characteristics:
- At least 7 years of high quality investment experience including at least 3 years of buy-side investment experience:
- Ideal candidates will have long and short investment experience across multiple sectors and multiple regions
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and versatility
- Enthusiasm for companies and stocks which may be demonstrated by previous work experience or personal investing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good team-player
- Strong academic background
- CFAs are preferred
