Equity Derivative Technology Architects recruitment
SH – Expertise in Change Management for Financial Services – provides consulting services to leading financial institutions. We work on technology, strategy and control projects and are currently expanding our Equity Derivative architecture consultant pool.
SH requires a consultant with detailed equity derivative knowledge, in particular for flow products, to help drive out a true architectural vision for pricing, booking and marking of flow products for a tier 1 global investment bank. As a consultant your deliverables will include:
• Analysis of current capabilities and requirements with all key global stakeholders
• Establishment and agreement of an architecture end state
• A proposed delivery road map for the implementation of the proposed architecture
The role requires excellent communication and analysis skills and requires a detailed understanding of flow derivatives, from pricing through to booking. A key element to the role would be the requirement to sit with Sales and Trading over a number of months to help understand and evolve the requirement.
