Equity Derivatives and Rates Business Analysts – Investment Banking Consultancy recruitment
You will be a dynamic and driven Business Analyst either from a front or back office background who is well versed within the area of equity derivatives and/or rates. If you come from a front office environment you will have a good understanding of trade capture, P+L, risk. If from a primarily back office environment then your process analysis skills will be utilised and you will be confident in workflow diagrams, requirements definitions etc.
In general the sort of work you will be involved in will be:
- Performance of front to back trade lifecycle process and architecture assessment across equity derivatives and rates
- Systems selections including Gap Analysis and Target Architecture specifications
- Implementation of vendor products including migration from in-house or other vendor systems
You talents:
- Strong financial services experience specifically around equity derivatives and rates front to back office
- A good understanding of current regulatory changes in present climate and its effects on investment banks
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Experience of developing business requirements documents and functional specifications to a high standard
- Experience of business process modelling, production of vision diagrams, performance of impact analysis
