Equity / Fixed Income Valuations VP, Director progression, Good package recruitment

Coming in to the role to head up the existing team, your role will be to train and develop them further whilst continuing to build the team in line with offshoring strategies from Europe and elsewhere in Asia. You are to work closely to the heads of Finance and the Front Office to also develop the infrastructure and how the team is set up. As a strong, senior VP is required to do the role you can be confident that after 15-18 months you are to move in to the Head of Valuations role (Director) for Mumbai that by then will cover almost all asset classes.

In order to fulfil the needs of the requirement and progression plan, the individual must be a strong VP from a Valuations / IPV background. This is essential, although you can be from any asset class. We do not want pure product controllers from the role. As this is a difficult requirement to get the right skill set, the client is ready to offer a package that should be seen as being stronger that what competitors are offering for similar roles.
