Equity Flow Listed Derivatives Sales (USA) recruitment
My client is a very well known Brokerage firm who have offices around the world. At present they are looking to grow their US Equity Derivatives Sales / Sales Trading business by bringing on a senior level individual who specializes in Listed/Flow Derivatives, covering Domestic Institutional clients.
Over the past year my client has made several changes to their Global operation, they have begun to offer more attractive pay structures in terms of fixed base salaries and discretionary bonuses so that they are more in line with what large Investment Banks can offer, they have also restructured and further developed their research arm, as a result more and more candidates from a banking background are finding opportunities with my client appealing.
To be considered for this position, candidates must hit the following criteria;
-Be director level or above in terms of experience
-Have strong experience within the Listed/Flow Equity Derivatives sales / sales trading
-Have a transferable book of domestic institutional accounts including hedge funds
-Be based in NYC or eligible to work in NYC
-Have experience covering Equity Derivatives Sales/ Sales Trading with a large investment bank
My client is prepared to make a competitive offer for the right individual, as it is coming up to the end of the year, there is also the possibility of a guarantee where necessary too.
