Requirement:
Come join our medical device process engineering team and take responsibility for optimizing manufacturing methods for safe production of high-quality products at the lowest possible costs. You will be the engineering focal point for production line issues for sophisitcated medical products after Production Release. Use your strong application of statistical methods for validation, monitoring, and process improvement. Other responsibilities include project management for capital equipment upgrades and replacements, as well as validation of existing processes and equipment. You will work closely with new product development engineering during pilot phase of projects to ensure a timely production release.
Essential Functions :

Experience Needed To Do The Job :

  • B.S. in Engineering
  • Five or more years experience in engineering or related field.
  • Masters of Science/Engineering with two or more years of experience.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt training (Black belt preferred).
  • In-Depth knowledge of advanced manufacturing methods and systems
  • Excellent mechanical or electrical design skills
  • Proficient in advanced problem solving skills including statistical analysis
  • Excellent English communications skills (oral written)
  • Excellent Project Management Skills
  • Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, CAD, project management)
