Equity Investment Manager
The Equity Investment Manager, reporting to the Regional CFO, will be responsible for the control and monitoring of the company’s investments.
In particular, he/she will:
- Support to optimize return on strategic equity investment;
- Routinely review financial health, operating performance of the investment, provide early warning and forecasts of cash-flow, exposure etc…;
- Manage and mitigate risk deriving from the investment;
- Provide scenario valuations when necessary;
- Interface with corporate and local Accounting and Legal Depts. to ensure GAAP and legal governance compliance;
- Interface with internal and external Commercial Sales/Marketing teams and with the management board of the investment;
- Interface with External Auditors and investment bank specialists;
- Coordinate and support financing strategy development and execution.
Desired Skills Experience:
- Economic degree, MBA or equivalent;
- At least 8 years work experience in Private Equity, MA, Transaction Services, Investment companies as Analyst or Consultant;
- An experience in Treasury and/or Equity Investment Management and Controlling Depts of a multinational companies is also appreciated;
- Business-fluent English and excellent German language skills (being able to understand legal contracts)
Successful candidates must be team and results oriented; possess strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, organizational and analytical skills; work effectively and flexibly; great negotiation skills.
