Position Description:
The Portfolio Associate will provide support for the New York Equity Specialist Desk and Portfolio Management teams.
The Portfolio Associate will:
• Support traders on order generation and execution flow
• Provide portfolio monitoring and summaries
• Provide performance and attribution analysis in addition to other requested analytics
• Provide risk reporting
• Monitor client portfolios position weights and product versus client guidelines
• Interact with multiple areas of the firm including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Middle Office.
• Communicate with brokers and prime brokers
• Perform trade allocation
• Participate in rebalancing of portfolios to model weight targets
• Ad-Hoc requests from the Portfolio Management Team
