Equity Product Control
We are currently working with a major investment bank to recruit into their Product Control area. The contract is initially for 3-6 months with good scope for extension as we work with our client to recruit for an Equities’ Product Controller.
The role responsibilities include analysis and validation of daily PL for Equity, review new business PL as well as commentary on daily, weekly and monthly PL as you build a strong relationship with the trading desk and business management. With the extensive knowledge the ideal candidate would have our client seeks someone who will be able to proactively look for methods to improve daily PL validation as well as help streamline processes around this and ensure compliance with all product control daily requirements.
Successful candidates will be qualified accountants, ideally chartered, with strong knowledge of investment bank products from their large amount of experience within Product Control specifically within equities. The job would suit a candidate looking to be part of a highly motivated team that are aiming to drive the business towards its performance objectives.
