Equity Strategist-Research Analyst: Energy Sector recruitment
Well established and growing boutique platform seeks well recognized Energy Analyst to augment its research platform and create trading strategies for its large Hedge Fund/CTA client base.
This is a role for a successful sell-side Analyst with name recognition and deep contacts, who enjoys working with a large client base to increase trading in Energy sector. Experience level MUST include 7-10 years of Sells Side Senior Research Analyst experience, coupled with strategic trading experience, and strong recognition in the market place. Track record of successful trading strategies provides credibility for client communications. This role requires strong analytical skills, ability to quickly cover broad range of energy firms, as well as track record in communicating investment ideas concisely. Broad and deep contacts at the Principal, Portfolio Manager and Analyst levels are important as success of this role is measured in additional equity trading volumes. Must also be a good team player to work on growing cash equities desk, and interface with ETF/Options/Futures teams.
