My client is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join their busy HR Team. The candidate will need to have a good understanding of employment law, specifically preparing for and attending tribunals.
Ideal candidate will either have an employment law degree or a recent HR Graduate with one years placement, or an ER Advisor with some experience of working in a HR Team now looking for a new and challenging role.
You will need to be credible, confident liaising at all levels, and a passion specifically for ER.
