Job role:
Job Purpose:
Supporting the CRO (Chief Risk Officer) in developing the companies ERM capabilities, areas include frameworks, policies, deal approvals, governance, risk reporting and controls.
Within this role you will be exposed to potential career progression in risk management, operations and commercial areas within the business
- Assisting in the management of operations risk and control system
- Risk Reporting
- Promoting risk management principles
- Coordination of compliance activity
- Liaison with the internal audit function
- Maintenance of the risk management framework
- Development of the risk appetite
Skills / experience required:
- Ideally UK Life insurance experience, candidates with financial services experience will also be considered
- 2 or more years risk management experience within financial services
- Excellent communication presentation skills
- Relevant degree level education
- Relevant postgraduate qualification is desirable
Our client will also consider candidates that have had exposure to a UK Life Insurance company within an auditing or compliance position that is seeking a move into risk management.
