Job Description: CALLING ALL JR. ESCROW OFFICERS / TALENTED ESCROW ASSISTANTS! Client is in need of a talented Escrow Assistant that can also work as a Jr. Escrow officer in the busy times. You must know current 2010 RESPA laws and be familiar with RBJ. Job duties include but are not limited to: * Open new files * Know how to clear Title (order demands for judgements, BK/Liens, Taxes) * Order insurance. * Package documents back to the lender. * Work on funding conditions.
