Position Summary
Implement enforcement of policies for security and network firewalls.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop L4 – L7 protocol and application analysis.
- Implement data path code for high performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer/engineering related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in writing code in C.
- Strong knowledge of IP networking: routing, switching, and network standards.
- Strong knowledge of security features. Experience in network firewalls is highly desirable.
- Experience in design development of Access Control List (ACL) in network devices is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Application layer protocols. Detailed knowledge of HTTP protocol is desirable.
- Good UNIX knowledge including network configuration.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Daily computer use in an office environment.
