Estates Consultant Job in South East, Southern Uk
Our client is an NHS organisation in the South of England who need interim support within the Estates department. The organisation is seeking to appoint an interim Estates Specialist to work with the Acting Director to produce an Estates Rationalisation plan for them.
This plan will enable the organisation to plan the development of new estates and services in the coming years. In order to maximise the efficiency of the project both from a cost and impact perspective, the post holder will need to work closely with Divisional Directors and other diverse stakeholders to ensure sequence of any redevelopment plans meets the organisation's requirements.
This role requires a strong knowledge of Estates from a strategic planning perspective in an NHS environment.
