Estimator / Surveyor based in Verwood
Excellent Salary of £35,000 to £40,000 - dependent of experience
An independently owned, exciting construction company are looking for an experienced Estimator / Surveyor to join their construction teams based in Verwood.
To be considered for the Estimator / Surveyor role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as an Estimator / Surveyor within the construction industry
- Proven experience of job costing - values ranging between £1 million - £5 million
- The successful Estimator/ Surveyor must show a history of working from a Commercial / Industrial / retail background
- Typical projects can range anywhere between £500k - £5 million
- Experience of Pricing and dealing with Sub - contractor orders and variations
- You must have a knowledge of industry legislation and experience in working within a commercial / industrial and multi disciplined environment
