ETF Research Analyst recruitment
This newly created role entails operational ownership of the data product and 2nd tier client support.
• Lead the transition of ownership and responsibility of ongoing maintenance of the product from the Product Development team
• Coordination of key feeds into the product, both internal external
• Identification, measurement reporting of key metrics regarding completeness, accuracy and reviews
• Documentation and process mapping of operational workflows
• Subject matter Expertise for technology enhancements to support workflow and quality control enhancements
• 2nd level support on queries relating to the product and provision of support documentation for 1st level support
• Build and maintain existing relationships with product teams at ETF Issuers, Global Exchanges, and Index Providers
Requirements:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Economics, Finance or Business preferred.
• 1-3 years experience in a financial research or ETF operations capacity
• Experience with process design and management.
• Strong business acumen and thought leadership.
• An operations related background is essential.
• SQL or VBA a plus
• Strong client service background is advantageous
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial document filings (i.e. prospectuses, SAIs)
