High Frequency AlgoTrading Software Developer recruitment

We are recruiting a High Frequency AlgoTrading Software Developer to join our IT Front Office team, and work in collaboration with our Head of Quant.
Responsabilities:
- Design, implementation and maintenance of automated trading algorithms;
- Development of automated trading procedures (auto calibration parameters, defining the functions of risk, modeling trading strategies);
- Participation in research projects: analysis of high frequency data, automatic management of risk, strategies backtests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a Master's /PhD (Finance, Computer Sciences, Physics...) ;
- Minimum 3/4 years experience in a similar role (within a bank, a hedge fund or a market making firm);
- Computers passionate, you have development skills (JAVA or C++ or C#), multithreading programming, Sql, Uml;
- Strongly interested in Finance (performance and optimization issues);
- Rigorous, fast learner, curious, autonomous, open-minded, with good interpersonal skills.

Nous recherchons un Développeur d'Automates de Trading Haute Fréquence pour rejoindre notre équipe IT Front Office, en collaboration étroite avec notre Responsable Quant.
Votre rôle:
- Conception, implémentation et maintenance d'algorithmes de trading automatique;
- Développement des procédures de trading automatique (auto-calibration des paramètres, définition des fonctions de risque, modélisation des stratégies de trading);
- Participation à des projets de recherche: analyse de données haute fréquence, gestion automatique du risque, backtests de stratégies.
Votre profil:
- Ecole d'Ingénieur complétée par un 3è cycle (Finance, Informatique, Physique...);
- Minimum 3/4 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire (acquise au sein d'une banque, d'un hedge fund ou d'un market maker);
- Passionné d'informatique, vous avez de solides compétences en développement (Java, C++, C#), programmation multithread, Sql, Uml;
- Fortement intéressé par la Finance (problématique de performance et d'optimisation);
- Polyvalence, rigueur, curiosité, autonomie, bon relationnel.
