Europe and Black Sea HR Talent Development and Training Manager
Your Main Responsibilities will be as follows:
Talent Development
- Responsible of the performance review and talent management process for Europe and Black Sea Region
- Delivery training for managers and employees on the performance management tool and process
- Lead and organization of the calibration process and follow-up on our performance management tool (WorkDay)
- Partnership with managers to develop individual career plan and to identify high potentials
- Organization of the succession planning
- Acted as an Expert for the Managers on Talent management issues
Training and Learning
- Elaboration of the annual training policy EBS
- Work with managers to establish learning priorities and structure an Training offering aligned to the business strategy, analyze training development needs - recommendation regarding areas of improvement and developmental opportunities
- Liaise with the providers and the most appropriate channels to maximize the value of LD investments and to establish specific trainings program
- Follow-up of the programs and responsible for administrative and logistical activities
- Alignment and integration of the training strategy with other HR functions such as performance management and succession planning
- Leading the graduate program
Organization
- Managing of the climate survey, monitoring and implementation of corrective actions in partnership with managers and other HR functions
- Active participation to the job catalogue / job leveling / banding process for the region
Profile required:
- Masters’ degree in Human Resources
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in a similar position required (Training, Talent Development)
- Successful track record of managing performance review process and graduate program
- Used to work independently in a matrix organization
- Capable to monitoring projects
- At ease with operational task and able to think strategically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English - French would be considered as a plus
