European Associate Account Manager recruitment

Responsibilities

• Use internal administration tools to provide clients with access to Ipreo’s products. Accurately control access levels, subscription rights and permissions.

• Assist Client Services Manager and Account Managers with reports and analysis. For example, prepare reports on clients’ usage of products over the term of their contract.

• Act as the first point of contact for incoming product and technical client calls and emails.

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of Ipreo's products, in order to advise clients when assistance is required.

• Ensure that all queries are researched and the outcome communicated back to the client in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide product and system training sessions for new and existing clients in order to maintain and increase usage of products.

• Liaise with Product Development team to specify and prioritise enhancement requests. Communicate development schedules to clients.
