European Client Services – German Speaking recruitment

Responsibilities:

 Ø  Provide support with following tasks:

• Manage client transitions

• Act as primary client contact on non investment related issues

• Agree operational processes with clients

• Work with client directors to enhance service levels, attend client meetings to review service provision

• Update client files

Business Targets, Measures and KPIs:

 Ø  Project manage client transitions

Ø  Deliver first quartile client service

Ø  Ensure accuracy of client records

Measure

Ø  Successful completion of transitions by agreed deadline

Ø  Positive feedback from client directors and overseas client base

Ø  Maintain records according to compliance requirements

Target

Ø  Complete error free transition

Ø  Co-ordinate resolution of queries and response to clients in timely manner

Ø  Keep client file updated with relevant information

Ø  Good understanding of middle and back-office functions

Ø  Ability to communicate effectively

Ø  Ability to prioritise

Ø  Can do attitude

Ø  Fluency in German
