European Conference Coordinator recruitment

The European Conference Coordinator will identify and track all relevant events, scheduling Fidelity specific meetings at each event and communicating all event and schedule details.

Job description:

•    Utilizing internal and external resources to collect details of all broker sponsored conferences
•    Update our internal systems with all pertinent data around these events
•    Generate and disseminate weekly/monthly conference reports with all external meeting/event details
•    Maintain statistical data on a weekly/monthly basis
•    Build and maintain working relationships with brokers to ensure investment professionals receive all event information and that their meeting needs are met effectively and efficiently
•    Notify relevant investment professionals of all changes and updates to events
•    Gather requests from investment professionals for one-on-one meetings at all broker sponsored conferences
•    Work directly with the broker sponsoring each conference to create the most efficient and effective one-on-one meeting schedule for our investment professionals
•    Create and disseminate one-on-one meeting schedule for each conference
•    Gather requests from investment professionals for changes to schedules then work with the respective broker to make changes. 
•    Update schedules and communicate changes as necessary
•    Attend conferences with a significant number of one-on-one meetings and PM attendance, to facilitate the flow and timeliness of meetings and schedule changes
•    Collate e-packs for conference attendees where the specialist is in attendance
•    Train all new hires on the conference process and related applications
•    Provide feedback and suggestions as internal applications are enhanced to facilitate the timeliness and accuracy of data gathered, sorted, stored and delivered
•    Ad hoc requests when required.
