European Financial Controller
Hays Senior Finance is working exclusively with a growing and dynamic organisation which is looking to strengthen its Finance function with the appointment of a new European Financial Controller
This pivotal role will sit on the senior management team and support the whole business. EU T/O £21M.
The Managing Director is looking for an experienced Financial Leader that can take ultimate responsibility for Finance ( 85%), HR (10%) and legal matters (5%). Leading a team of 4 in the UK and also 4 EU entity finance staff, this role will co-ordinate all financial reporting and management accounting for the business. The role will partner with the rest of the business, adding value in the presentation and interpretation of financial data to influence strategic and operational decision making. This role will also oversee and manage HR and seek advice on legal issues.
Experience in an international business is preferred. The role is varied and commercial and would suit someone looking to make a real impact in helping continue to drive the business forward. SAP experience desired but not essential. Candidates will be Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA
