European Fund Controller
A globally known US Real Estate Power House backed by major institutional investors, family offices and ultra high net work investors has decided the time is right to make its debut into the European Real Estate Market. With plenty of cash to invest and with high profile deals currently happening, they are looking to hire a Financial Controller to join them in their new offices inLondon.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to come on board and become an integral part in growing the business and driving it forward form an operation perspective. You will oversee all aspects of Financial Control for the European Fund but also spearhead a finance team which you will personally recruit as well as be work closely with the deal team on transactions.
Given the nature of the role we are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA), ideally one that has trained for one of the big 4 and then moved in-house for a Real Estate / Private Equity Fund Manager where they gave gained substantial real estate fund accounting experience and moved into a higher level role. Those with transactional experience and exposure to Yardi will prove advantageous in your application.
