We have been retained to find a European Head of Investment Banking for the global Number One Financial Services Executive Search Firm. This role is to be based in London with the potential for Global Co-Head of Investment Banking for the right candidate.
Our client has a very successful Investment Banking practice in the US with a 100% retained business with clients including Jefferies, Macquarie, RBC, Lazard and Union Square Advisors.
They have an existing practice in London which also works with Credit Suisse and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and is also passed senior level retained searches from the US.
They have a number of £1m+ billers in the UK and the European Head of Investment Banking seat is expected to be another.
They are looking for a strategically-thinking, thoughtful, creative Consultant to complement the practice in the Americas and will offer a competitive base salary and a superb commission structure (40% on billings up to £250k and 40% on billings over £250k).
