After successfully placing many Heads of Desks, we have now been retained to find a European Head of Risk for this global Number One Financial Services Executive Search Firm. This role is to be based in London. We are looking for a 3-400k + biller with established clients and an existing book of business. The firm already cover Fixed Income, Commodities, Private Banking, Corporate Finance, IT, Quantitative Research and Equities and are looking to add a Risk desk as soon as we find the perfect candidate. Current key clients for this firm include Goldman Sachs and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, both of whom annually retain the company on a global level.
They are looking for a strategically-thinking, thoughtful, creative Consultant to build the desk and team from scratch and will offer a competitive base salary and a superb commission structure (40% on billings up to £250k and 50% on billings over £250k).
