European Payroll Manager

A large multinational client is looking for a well established and experienced European Payroll Manager to add value to their International business. You will report directly into the European Finance Director and will be responsible for managing the entire UK and EMEA Payroll function across multiple entities.

Looking for a European Payroll Manager with experience in UK payroll processing, Process improvement, International Payroll, System migrations/projects and team management.

Manage EMEA payrolls for over 2,000 employees on a monthly basis
Manage UK payroll function for over 4,000 employees on a monthly basis
Responsible for all system implementation projects, automation processes and Year End reconciliation's
Responsible for all financial reporting and variance analysis reporting for Payroll queries
Drive and continually improve all payroll processes
Train and manage a international payroll team with 5 direct reports
Build strong working relationships with various cross-functional teams to ensure groups work collaboratively to fulfil integration requirements and meet required timelines

In order to be considered for this position please ensure you have experience in managing a International Payroll Function across multiple entities.
