AVP, External Capital Reporting
Global bank are currently recruiting for a Qualified Accountant for a key role within their Group Regulatory function.

Role purpose:
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the submission of returns, primarily to the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), but also SEC, Federal Reserve Bank, BoE reporting
· Preparation and consolidation of capital adequacy reporting under Basel 2.5 for external disclosures including supporting schedules for senior management review.
· Preparation and consolidation of capital adequacy reporting under Basel III for external disclosures.
· Implementation of a reporting process for the COREP capital adequacy returns.
· Review of the regulatory capital returns on a monthly and quarterly basis including FSA001, FSA014 and calculation of the capital base for the Core UK Group.
· Provide advice and guidance to business areas on the treatment of products and transactions for regulatory purposes.
· Participation in the group’s implementation of Basel 3, COREP and new systems, specifically on changes required to the reporting processes.
Candidates must be qualified with strong reporting/consolidation experience and qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA.
