Event Driven Fund Analyst
Our London based Event Driven Fund is part of a multi-strategy hedge fund with c.$1bn of AuM. Following a strong performance, the team is looking to hire an analyst to manage the increasing workload. The successful candidate will be joining the fund as a generalist investment analyst, focusing on merger arbitrage / special situations investing in the European and US equities markets.
We are looking for someone who is hard working, motivated and have a genuine passion for investment research. The ideal candidate should also have:
- 2 – 3 years of MA experience gained in an investment bank or a private equity fund
- Strong technical skills (financial modelling, valuations and financial analysis)
- An excellent educational background
