Facilities & Accounting Coordinator

In this position, you will:  coordinate facilities requests and provide customer service with the user community; enter receipts into our inventory system and financial software; track purchase requisitions in an Excel spreadsheet and provide necessary follow-up and customer service; facilitate the quarterly and annual fixed asset inventories; review the general ledger for expenses pertaining to office cleaning, repairs maintenance, and office expenses; audit on-line purchases from Office Depot and WB Mason; review the allocation of Pitney Bowes usage by Practice; review and monitor Konica and HP invoices and usage; review the monthly phone billing; review library and records management expenses, allocations, and usage; create and update task procedures and documentation; perform special assignments as requested; and perform other duties as assigned.

 

The ideal candidate must possess: BS preferred; non-profit experience preferred; minimum of two (2) years of applicable work experience; working knowledge of Excel; ability to meet deadlines, and excellent organizational and problem solving skills; ability to work well in a team environment; excellent oral and written communication skills; a sense of professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong work ethic.
