Hospitality and Sponsorship Manager

Key Roles Responsibilities

1. Managing the key corporate hospitality events for Standard Chartered's Wholesale Banking division
2. Management of key events that we pay to participate in globally
3. Management of Wholesale Banking's use of the assets made available through the Bank's sponsorship of the Liverpool Football Club

Qualifications Skills

Experience
Many years' work experience, with at least 5 of these managing events

Skills required
Ability to manage senior stakeholders
Incredible attention to detail
Excellent logistics management
Passion for working as part of a team
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Creative thinker
Strong understanding of sales and the role events play in the sales process
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Extensive experience managing budgets and suppliers
Proven ability to think outside the square
Strong problem solving capabilities
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Proven people management/supervisory skills
The ability to make sound decisions and work in a high paced, high pressure environment
